施天灵,博士,中共党员,上海大学机自学院副教授,硕士生导师,入选上海市高层次引进人才计划。
长期从事以分布式新能源为主体的微电网控制与保护的基础理论和应用技术研究,在直流微电网控制与保护、船舶综合电力系统能量管理、以及电力电子系统失稳防护等方面取得系列原创性成果。近年来主持国家级自然科学基金青年项目、国家外国专家项目、上海市自然科学基金青年项目、台达电力电子科教发展计划4项,作为项目骨干参与国家重点研发计划子课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、上海市科学技术委员会重点课题3项,以主要完成人完成JG重大专项课题1项。累计在IEEE TPE, IEEE TIE,IEEE TSG 等电气领域国际知名期刊上发表SCI/EI论文31篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者共19篇,并公开/授权发明专利8项,实现技术转让1项。担任PEAS 2025分会场主席,并担任中科院一区期刊Control of Modern Power Systems (PCMP) 青年编委,以及Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering(CJEE)期刊青年编委。
