柳春，上海大学机电工程与自动化学院副教授。2013、2016、2020年获得南京航空航天大学学士、硕士和博士学位，2017-2018年英国赫尔大学联合培养博士，与IEEE Fellow Ron Patton教授合作开展智能容错控制理论与应用研究。担任International Journal of Adaptive Control and Signal Processing编委，Intelligence & Robotics，《无人系统技术》，《海军航空大学学报》等期刊青年编委，中国自动化学会青年工作委员会委员，中国航空学会制导、导航与控制分会青年委员等。
主要研究方向为智能无人系统集群、故障诊断与容错控制、强化学习、博弈对抗，在IEEE汇刊、IFAC期刊等国内外高水平期刊发表论文60余篇，国际会议论文30余篇，授权/登记相关知识产权40余项。获2021年中国自动化学会优秀博士学位论文奖、上海市技术发明奖一等奖（排名第9）、中国指挥与控制学会科技进步一等奖（排名第7）、2024年张嗣瀛（CCDC）优秀青年论文提名奖、2023年RCAE最佳论文提名奖、TCAS-I 亮点文章等。入选上海市启明星扬帆人才计划。主持国自然面上项目、青年基金、上海市自然科学基金青年项目，上海市青年英才启航计划、中国舰船研究设计中心基金；参与国自然重点项目、国家重点研发计划、科技创新2030—“新一代人工智能”重大项目课题、上海市科委重点项目。
每年招收控制科学与工程（二级方向：控制理论与控制工程）学术型研究生和电子信息专业型硕士研究生，课题包括无人系统集群、规划决策与容错一体化、强化学习等。招生要求：有目标感和内驱力的学生，愿意交流，人品性格佳，不唯绩点、学校、考研排名论。长期招收自动化、人工智能、数学、机械等方向学有余力的本科实习生。
