潘全科,上海大学机自学院教授、博士生导师教授、博士生导师,入选上海市优秀学术带头人、教育部新世纪优秀人才、楚天学者特聘教授、中国高被引学者、全球高被引科学家。完成国家自然科学基金等项目10余项。发表SCI期刊论文170篇。WOS引用10000+,H因子62(https://www.webofscience.com/wos/author/record/908747)。出版学术专著2部。获发明专利授权8项。获教育部自然科学奖等省部级奖励5项。
