周喆,上海大学机自学院讲师,硕士生导师,入选上海市科委启明星项目(扬帆专项)人才计划。主要研究方向为能源-交通系统优化与建模、网络攻击下智能电网安全调控。发表SCI和EI论文20余篇,主持上海市扬帆人才计划、山东大学电气工程学科平台开放课题、苏州市智慧能源技术重点实验室开放课题、山西省能源互联网研究院重点科研项目等多个项目,担任《山东电力技术》特约主编。
