个人简介
2004年6月毕业于武汉大学动力与机械学院并获得学士学位,2006年与2009年8月于韩国明知大学新材料系分别获得硕士和博士学位,2009年进入上海大学新型显示技术及应用集成教育部重点实验室,主要研究方向为先进半导体封装与可靠性。先后承担各类重大科研项目,包括国家重点研发计划、国家十二五科技支撑计划、国家自然科学基金(面上&青年 )、上海市仪器专项、上海市自然科学基金、上海市科技成果转化等纵向项目,华为终端&昆山光洋化学重大横向项目(200万+)等。迄今为止,已经在业内期刊上公开发表期刊论文总数50余篇,授权发明专利20余项。
